Let's talk about the products that are pushed on us as the "safe" option: sugar-free foods. We are told to eat them to control our health. But I have to ask a fundamental question: why do we eat food in the first place?

We eat because our body needs energy. Our body needs sugar. A food product without carbohydrates, without sugar, is something that belongs in the dust bin, not in your body. From my perspective, the entire concept of "sugar-free" is a dangerous lie told by people who don't understand how the human body actually works.

The Absurdity of the 'Sugar-Free' Argument

Every food we eat is converted into sugar. If a dish contains sugar, it is food. If it does not, it is not food. It's that simple.

You've probably heard the advice: "Don't eat rice, it has too much sugar. Eat roti instead." But let me ask you this: why do people who live in regions where wheat is the staple food also get diabetes? If you go there, you'll hear the opposite advice: "Don't eat wheat, it causes sugar disease. Eat more rice!"

This shows the foolishness of blaming a specific food. All rice dishes contain sugar. All wheat dishes contain sugar. In fact, all foods worth eating contain sugar. The problem has never been the food itself.

Sugar vs. Sweetness: The Critical Difference You've Never Been Told

Here is a secret that I believe changes everything: there is no connection between sugar and the taste of sweetness. Zero. If you understand this one fact, you can start eating sweet foods this very minute without fear.

Let me explain. Sweetness is a taste. It's something invisible to the eye that is processed by your tongue. Sugar, on the other hand, is a physical substance. It's something that is digested by your stomach to create fuel for your cells. It is not necessary for sugar to taste sweet.

So please, stop being afraid of eating sweets. The real key, in my view, is not avoiding certain foods, but learning the technique of how to eat any food so that it is converted into high-quality, good sugar. When you send good sugar into your body, your pancreas secretes insulin naturally. Why would you continue to take medicines and tablets when your own body can do the job perfectly?

"But I'm Scared to Stop My Medication!"

I understand. What I am saying may create fear. You might be thinking, "If I listen to this person and stop my diabetes medication, will it cause danger to my life?"

If you have this doubt, here is my advice. For those taking sugar tablets or insulin, consider getting yourself admitted to a hospital for one day, just for observation under medical supervision. While you are there, eat your meals according to the simple techniques I teach. Do not take your sugar tablet or insulin injection.

What do you think will happen? After breakfast, you will feel hungry again by noon. What does that mean? It means your pancreas worked! It secreted insulin on its own. If it hadn't, you would have fainted within a few hours. When you can go one full day without fainting, simply by changing how you eat, it proves that your pancreas is not the problem.
