Cure High Blood Pressure with Salt? My Surprising Natural Health Secret

Let's talk about the connection between salt and our health. For years, I’ve heard people say that salt is the enemy, something to be avoided at all costs. But I’ve come to believe something different, something our ancestors knew all along: food without salt is just garbage.

In my experience, salt is not only good for us; it’s essential. The problem isn’t the salt itself, but our misunderstanding of how to use it. Some people cut it out completely, and I have to be honest—you can't be truly healthy that way. Your body needs salt, and I want to share my perspective on why.

The Deep Connection Between Salt, Water, and Your Organs

I've discovered a fascinating network within our bodies. The taste of salt is directly linked to the element of water, which governs crucial organs like our kidneys and urinary bladder. It even connects to our ears and the powerful emotion of fear.

Have you ever noticed the shape of your ear? In my view, it mirrors the shape of your kidneys. If you were to trace the outline of both, you’d see they are almost identical. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a sign of the profound relationship between them. The taste of salt is what powers this entire system. When salt touches the taste buds on your tongue, it’s converted into an energy—a "water current"—that is sent to every single cell in your body, energizing your kidneys and allowing them to function properly.

How Salt and Water Work Together

There’s an old saying: "He who eats salt will drink water." I like to flip that around: "He who drinks water will need salt." Think about it. When you eat the right amount of salt, your kidneys get the energy they need to do their job—filtering waste from your blood and sending it to the bladder. This process uses up your body's water, which naturally makes you thirsty.

On the other hand, if you drink a large amount of water, your body needs more salt to process and digest it. If you don't believe me, try this experiment: drink a lot of water throughout the day, maybe more than you usually do. When you eat dinner that evening, I guarantee the food will taste bland. Your tongue will crave more salt because your body needs it to balance all the water you've consumed.

The key takeaway for me has been this: salt and water need each other to maintain your body’s delicate balance.

Fear, the Kidneys, and Uncontrolled Urination

The emotion of fear has a powerful, physical effect on the body. I believe fear literally consumes the "water energy" that supports your kidneys and bladder. This is why extreme fear can cause someone to lose control of their bladder. The emotion depletes the very energy the urinary bladder needs to hold urine.

This connection also explains issues like childhood bedwetting. In my opinion, it’s often not a physical problem but one rooted in subconscious fear. It could be fear of the dark, a bully at school, or even the fear of getting in trouble. When a child holds this fear, their water-related organs weaken. The solution isn’t medication; it’s about building courage and addressing the root cause of the fear. If there's fear in the mind, kidney failure can result. Every person I've seen with kidney failure has deep-seated fear in their subconscious.

Your Tongue is Your Doctor—Listen to It!

So, how much salt should you eat? I can’t give you a specific amount, and I don't believe anyone else can either. Your salt needs change daily based on your activity, how much you talk, and how much water you drink.

Here’s my advice: Your tongue is your doctor, and taste is your medicine.

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you to cut out salt to avoid high blood pressure (BP). In my view, eating the correct amount of salt for your body will actually help regulate and cure BP. When you deprive your body of the salt it needs, your kidneys lack the energy to function. One day, you might feel faint, go to the hospital, and what will they give you? A drip of Sodium Chloride—which is just salt water.

From now on, I encourage you to trust your body's intelligence. When you eat, keep a little salt on the side. Taste your food and ask your tongue, "Is this enough?" If your body tells you it needs a little more, add it to your plate. Don’t add it to the main pot, because your salt needs are unique to you.

When you start eating the precise amount of salt your body craves, you’ll see amazing changes. Leg swelling, joint pain, and burning sensations in your feet can all disappear. The key is balance. Too much is a problem, but too little is just as bad.

Trust your tongue. Eat salt. And live a healthy, vibrant life.
