The 3 Simple Tools I Use to Detox My Entire Body Naturally

Today, I want to talk about how to remove waste from our bodies using simple, natural methods. Our bodies have their own incredible systems for cleansing, and with the right tools, I believe we can support and enhance this process in a powerful way.

I'm going to introduce you to three simple pieces of equipment: an enema pot for colon cleansing, an eye wash cup, and a Neti pot for nasal cleansing.

The Enema: A Weekly Cleanse for Your Colon and Body

First, let's talk about the enema. This is a simple device—just a small pot with a tube and a nozzle—that I believe is one of the most effective ways to clean your colon.

Here's how I recommend using it:

  1. Preparation: In the morning, after you've had your natural bowel movement, prepare the enema pot. Fill it with clean, lukewarm water. You can add a pinch of rock salt to the water if you wish.

  2. Positioning: Hang the pot somewhere above your head, like on a nail or a hanger.

  3. Application: In the bathroom, gently insert the nozzle into your anus. You can use a little coconut oil as a lubricant if needed. Bend over slightly to find a comfortable position.

  4. The Flush: The water will flow into your colon. Hold it inside for about three to five minutes. This is like rinsing your mouth, but for your colon. The water will loosen and dislodge old, accumulated waste.

  5. Release: After a few minutes, release the water. You will be astonished at what comes out. The first time you do this, you might see black, lumpy waste that has been stuck inside you for years.

I must be clear: I do not recommend doing this every day. In my view, daily use can make your colon lazy and dependent. My advice is to perform an enema once a week. This is enough to keep your colon clean without interfering with its natural function.

When you clean your colon, something amazing happens. Your entire body starts to detox. The body says, "Ah, the main exit is clear!" and it begins to send waste from your eyes, ears, and nose down to the colon for removal. Cleaning your colon is the first step to cleaning your entire system. This one simple practice can help with joint pain, kidney stones, and so much more.

The Eye Wash Cup: A Soothing Cleanse for Your Liver

Next is the eye wash cup. This is a simple, small cup designed to fit perfectly over your eye.

The connection here is profound: in my view, when you clean your eyes, you clean your liver.

The process is simple. Fill the cup with clean, chlorine-free water. Place it over your open eye and blink several times. Then repeat with the other eye. This cools and cleanses the eyes.

Why is this so important? Many of us have a "disease" I call "WhatsAppitis." We are constantly staring at our phones, and our eyes have become incredibly overheated. This eye heat, I believe, is a root cause of many health problems, including insomnia. When your eyes are hot, you can't sleep. When they are cool, sleep comes easily.

My advice is to wash your eyes five times a day. If you can't do that, at least do it whenever you wash your face. This simple practice not only improves your vision but also helps heal your liver and even dissolve gallstones.

The Neti Pot: A Nasal Cleanse for Your Lungs

Finally, there is the Neti Pot, a small pot with a spout designed for nasal cleansing.

The concept here is just as powerful: when you clean your nose, you clean your lungs.

The nose acts as a vacuum, pulling waste and mucus up from the lungs to be expelled. By using a Neti Pot, you are assisting this natural process.

Here's my guide to using it:

  1. Prepare the water: Use lukewarm water mixed with a small amount of rock salt.

  2. The Technique: Stand with your feet wide apart. Tilt your head to one side. Pour the saltwater into your upper nostril, and it will naturally flow out through the lower nostril. The key is to breathe through your mouth. Do not breathe through your nose, and do not try to sniff or pull the water in. Simply relax and let gravity do the work.

  3. Breathe: It is essential to breathe through your mouth during the entire process. If you breathe through your nose, the water will go down the wrong way and you'll have a very unpleasant experience.

  4. Repeat: Once you've finished one side, gently blow your nose and then repeat on the other side.

I recommend doing this twice a month. It’s an incredibly effective way to clear your sinuses, remove toxins from your lungs, and improve your breathing.

These three simple tools—the enema pot, the eye wash cup, and the Neti pot—are elegant, inexpensive, and incredibly powerful. They are the tools of our ancestors, designed to help us live in harmony with our bodies. By incorporating these simple practices into your life, you can take control of your health and begin a journey of natural, holistic cleansing.
