When this improperly digested sludge—this "bad fat"—circulates in your blood, it wages a silent war on your entire system. It stagnates in your tissues, forming those lumps and bumps we call fatty tumors (lipoma). Even your liver suffers. It takes this bad fat and tries to convert it into bile, the digestive fluid stored in your gallbladder. But bile made from bad materials can't do its job properly, leading to even worse digestion.

And the most terrifying consequence? When this sludge clogs the vital arteries of your heart, it causes a heart blockage. This is the root of the terror we feel about cholesterol.

This is like scooping water out of a sinking boat but never plugging the hole. You stop eating fat, but the underlying problem—your inability to digest it properly—is never addressed. And because fat is absolutely essential to your body, this advice only leads to bigger, more terrifying diseases down the line.

Fat is the packing material between every cell. It's the protective shield on your skin. It's the primary ingredient for the bile needed to digest all your food. Only a person who doesn't understand the body would advise you to stop eating it.

The Forbidden Food That Heals: The Secret of Coconut

You have been taught to fear fat, and perhaps no food has been more unfairly demonized than the coconut. This is absurd. Coconut is one of the best, most complete foods on the planet, filled with minerals and everything your body needs. In ancient traditions, it was a sacred offering to God. Would our ancestors offer something poisonous to God?

Our forefathers knew a secret we've forgotten. They knew that a mixture of fresh coconut milk and palm sugar was a life-saving medicine that could drive away all diseases. This wasn’t the boiled, processed coconut milk sold in cartons. This was raw, fresh milk, pressed from grated coconut.
