Here is the most critical part of this entire system. I believe the emotion of worry is a voracious predator that specifically consumes your body's earth energy.

When you are overcome with worry, this emotion literally eats away at your earth energy reserves. Without this energy, your digestive glands shut down. They refuse to secrete. This is why you lose your appetite when you are worried. Your body is intelligently telling you not to eat.

If you ignore this signal and force food into your body, you create a catastrophe. Your stomach, with no energy to power it, struggles to digest the food. This struggle creates more physical stress, which in turn feeds and increases your worries. It is a vicious, self-destructive cycle.

Therefore, my advice is absolute: when there is worry in the mind, do not feed the body. Eat only when you feel true, genuine hunger. Hunger and worry are mortal enemies; they cannot exist in your mind at the same time.

Those who keep their liver healthy will never feel anger.

This is the secret of the saints, philosophers, and sages who seem immune to these negative emotions. Their inner peace is not just a mental state; it is a reflection of their perfect organ health. By healing the organ, you starve the negative emotion. By healing your stomach, you can conquer worry forever.
